Some strength doesn’t look loud.
It looks like holding everything together… without anyone noticing.
There’s a Kind of Woman…
Who remembers everyone’s schedule; and forgets where she left her own coffee and keys.
Who holds the peace, the line, and sometimes her tongue; just to keep the house from crumbling.
Who shows up calm when inside she’s screaming, ready to turn into Mama Bear in leggings.
Who doesn’t ask for help; not because she doesn’t need it, but because no one hears her when she does.
Who carries the weight, the guilt, the groceries, and the baby; all at once.
She never asks for credit.
But if you gave it to her, she wouldn’t know what to do with it anyway.
This one’s for her.
The one holding it all together when no one’s looking.
The one who hasn’t had a day off from being “the strong one.”
We see you. You’re beautiful. Thank you!
No Shame. No Pity. No Cure Needed.
Alex
