FOR SCHOOL DISTRICTS · EA UNIONS · PRO-D COORDINATORS
Your staff already care. Give them the understanding to match.
A practical professional development workshop on neurodivergent wiring — built for school teams who are already stretched, and designed to make the work lighter, not heavier.
Most PD on neurodivergence adds to the pile. This removes from it.
When staff understand why a student escalates — what stress, access, and regulation are actually doing in real time — they stop trying to manage the surface and start responding to the cause.
That shift doesn’t add work. It changes how they’re already doing it. The same situations, handled differently. Over time, the loops stop. The repeat interventions stop. The work gets lighter.
That’s what this workshop is built to do.
What your team walks away with
1
A working model, not a theory
Staff leave with a clear, practical understanding of how neurodivergent wiring, stress, and regulation interact in real classroom situations — and what actually drives the behaviour they’re already managing.
2
Built-in follow-up that gets used
Every workshop includes a live Q&A intake system during the session and a structured follow-up document sent to your team afterward — organized by theme, with deeper resources attached. Something to go back to when situations come up again.
3
No setup required on your end
We show up fully equipped. Projector, screen, sound. All we need is access to power and a room. If your space has a mic available for larger groups, great — but it’s not a dependency.
Two neurodivergent wiring workshop formats. Both fully equipped.
Not sure which one fits? Reach out — we’ll help you figure it out.
CORE SESSION
90 Minute Workshop
A complete, grounded session on how neurodivergent wiring works in real school situations. We cover what actually drives behaviour — stress, access, regulation — and how staff can respond in a way that reduces escalation rather than adding to it.
Includes live question intake through our QR system during the session, plus a structured Q&A follow-up document sent to your team within a few days.
What’s Included:
- Full 90-minute delivery
- Self-contained AV setup
- Live QR question intake
- Structured follow-up Q&A document
EXTENDED TRAINING
2.5-Hour Deep Training
Everything in the 90-minute session, plus an extended deep dive into the adult side of the system.
The second half covers how staff communication styles, team dynamics, and stress responses affect outcomes — how well-intentioned approaches can unintentionally work against each other, and how to stay aligned. We also cover parent communication and how to approach sensitive conversations when emotions are high.
We acknowledge that neurodivergence exists within staff as well, and explore how differences in processing and communication affect collaboration in real situations.
What’s Included:
- Everything in the 90-minute session
- 15-minute break between sessions
- 60-minute adult dynamics deep dive
- Parent communication framework
- Team alignment strategies
Designed for audiences up to 200 participants per session. Both formats available in English. French delivery currently in development — if you need French, reach out and we’ll let you know the timeline.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Alex Lesage
Father. Advocate. Builder.
Alex spent years trying to “fix” his youngest daughter after her autism diagnosis. He pushed harder. He did the research. He tried to control what he didn’t yet understand.
What was breaking wasn’t his daughter. It was their relationship. When she started believing her dad didn’t love her, that was the turning point.
He stopped trying to fix her and started learning to actually see her. What he found wasn’t a problem — it was a kid who was wired differently and needed a different kind of understanding.
That’s what he teaches. Not from a clinical distance. He also has ADHD himself — he knows this from the inside. The workshops aren’t theory. They’re built from years of figuring out what actually changes things and what makes them worse.
